Upon arrival at the Colombo International Airport, you will be met by your driver.

Travel inland via the lower Hill Country stopping at Buduruwagala Temple and witness roaming wild elephants going through the Lahugala National Park.

Arugam Bay – Passikudah, 3 Hours

Enjoy the unfolding landscape as you drive along the east coast, unspoilt beaches on one side and lush paddy fields on the other

Passikudah

Relax on the wide sandy beaches of Passikudah, a snorkelling paradise where you can walk into the reef.

Visit Batticola, Sri Lanka’s largest lagoon and it’s historic fort.

Passikudah – Trincomalee, 5 Hours

The drive today takes you through undeveloped swathes of Sri Lanka. The landscape alternates between verdant forests and desert stretches.

Trincomalee

Experience snorkelling and diving on Pigeon Island’s National Park.

Marvel at Koneswaram Kovil (one of Sri Lanka’s most important Hindu sites) and explore historic Fort Frederick.

Trincomalee – Airport, 7 Hours

An early start for Colombo, stopping at Dambulla, an amazing under rock temple.
